Had a question about shipping some lithium battery containing devices for a client, and he was super knowledgeable right off the top of his head and was also extremely helpful in not just a perfunctory answer, but rather graciously gave me enough detailed "deep dive" information to to steer the project.   I love this FedEx location! I have chosen to come here multiple times, even if it means going out of my way. Tim, Oliver and the rest of the team create such a positive and helpful energy in the space. I am never made to feel stupid or like I'm being a pain, even though I am usually clueless and need to ask for help. Whether it is shipping my packages, helping me figure out how to use the printer system, or coming out to my car to help me unload heavy boxes, I always walk alway feeling like I truly had a great customer service experience and that my package is in trustworthy hands. Most businesses in this age of AI, cell phones and distractability should take notes from the warm, personal, highly engaged atmosphere at this location. It makes my day every time I come here, and it gives me faith that heartfelt places of business still exist. Thank you!

  Always a good experience with this location. They’ve been great with helping contact regional warehouse for lost packages or picking up many packages.
