  I would like to commend Jelisa at Cricket Wireless, here in butler plaza. I came in with a frustrating issue regarding my phone, and she didn't rush me, or make me feel like she didn't want to help me, instead she took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my options in detail, and help me solve the problem. Her patience, kindness, and professionalism went through the roof! Far beyond any experience have ever had. Employees like her make me want to stay loyal to Cricket Wireless. If I could give 10 stars I would.

  Very unprofessional people just sitting in the store eating and talking, and not paying attention to customers when I went in to pay my phone. Bill was completely ignored

  Every year with this company it gets worse. My mother is 75 years old. I come in to pay her phone bill and I have to be an authorized user on her account. I know her pin number. Same address you make it difficult.

  Carlos was awesome! He helped me set up my new phone quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly. He even put on my screen protector with no issues at all. Super friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. Definitely five-star service—highly recommend!
