  Buyer beware… I tried calling Cricket Wireless twice and both times it went straight to voicemail. 📵 Now I’m no cell phone expert, but when a cell phone store can’t answer their own phone, that feels like a pretty big red flag. That’s like a pizza place saying they’re out of cheese. 🍕😂 Not a good look, Cricket. I was ready to do business, but apparently their phone plan must not include “answering customers.” So I took my money and went to Boost Mobile instead. They answered, they helped, and they got the business. If I could leave no stars, I would. Bad deal. ⭐❌

  What a great experience!! Staff was very helpful and had great personalities. I’m new to Gainesville, and I’ve been to Cricket stores around the country. But this place separated themselves from any other. Carla and the crew were very helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel like I’ve been coming to that location for years. Keep up the great work!!!!
