  Picked up a bulb replacement for my turn signal and noticed my engine coolant was low — I don’t know a ton about cars but I can do a few things on my own. Can’t remember his name of the guy who helped me but we talked coolant, and he could have just sold some to me and sent me on my way but after asking about my car and mileage and maintenance he recommended I actually just do a reservoir flush instead. He definitely saved my engine in the long run, turns out it was absolutely time. I walked out without the coolant but he sold me on the store, i’ll definitely be back for my other car needs. tldr; employee saved my engine, prioritized actually helping over just making sales. Excellent service, excellent experience.

  I went in the store clueless. I thought I would just look things up as I was in the store. I came Saturday 4/4 around 1pm. Bill the moment I walked into the door asked me “Can I help you find something?.” From there he walked me step by step how to change out my oil, and used his expertise to get me everything I needed for an oil change. He even slowed down enough to pull up a YouTube video and get specific parts to my model. Over a lifetime, he has saved me thousands. I have never experience this level of customer service. I truly felt taken care of, thank you Bill. I appreciate it!

  Had a great experience at Advanced Auto Parts these past 3 days. Chris was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. He made sure I had the right tools for the job and even helped me with a code reader so I could figure out exactly what was going on. It’s rare to run into someone who actually cares about solving your problem instead of just making a sale — Chris went above and beyond. If you need parts or advice, he’s your guy. Appreciate the help!
