  Very disappointing experience with the customer service here. I came in stressed because my car was lagging when starting and asked them to check my battery. I’m not knowledgeable about cars, so I was already unsure and concerned. The employee opened my hood and immediately started reacting dramatically, saying how “horrible” everything looked and using profanity. Another employee came out and continued going on about the rust and condition of the area around my battery. I was left confused and worried, especially because I had recently had my car serviced elsewhere and was never told there was an issue. They then told me they couldn’t replace the battery and, when I asked where I should go or what I could expect to pay, I was essentially told, “You can go anywhere,” and that they couldn’t even give me a rough estimate. I understand if they weren’t able or willing to do the work, but the way they communicated with me was extremely unhelpful and made me feel belittled rather than supported. Thankfully, I went to Walmart afterward and they helped me with the battery the same day without making me feel confused or overwhelmed. The biggest issue for me wasn’t that they couldn’t do the repair—it was the lack of professionalism, respect, and willingness to actually help a customer who clearly needed guidance.

  I was asked by a employee as soon as I walked in the door if she could help me. She didn't tell me where the dexron 6 was and ring me up right away. She provided excellent service with the calm courteous professional attitude!
