  I had the pleasure of dealing with Keisy and she was amazing. Best customer service from a professional standpoint that I have had in a very long time!!! I highly recommend speaking with her……very professional and very knowledgeable!!!!

  I am considering changing services and talked Keisy. She was very professional and polite. She addressed my concerns regarding data, coverage and billing as well as brought me up to date on what the new phones offered. I watched her with the customer before me and she is obviously very knowledgeable on how to set up the phones and was able answer their questions as well. It was a good experience.

  Keisy provided outstanding customer service! She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. She made everything easy to understand, was very patient, and took the time to help me with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way she does. I highly recommend visiting Cricket Wireless and asking for Keisy if you want a smooth and enjoyable experience! She needs a raise

  I had a great experience at this Cricket wireless location. Keisy, the associate helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient. While answering all of my questions they made the process quick and easy. I never felt rushed. I highly recommend the store if you’re looking for a great customer service.
