  I would have given a totally perfect score. The gentleman behind the counter was amazing. However, I watched a lady come from the back with a thermometer and check the temperature of the turkey, wipe the thermometer with a rag and check the tomatoes ands lettuce with the same thermometer. Kind of scary but I did eat. lol

  I ordered a 6 inch meatball sub on italian which is posted as $8.25. I made it a combo which added 2 cookies and a drink. My total was $17.87. When I inquired as to why the cost was so high I was told the prices on the board have not been updated for 3 years. I asked for an itemized receipt and they printed one that said "food". I was told something more specific was not available. Something isn't right here. Seems like customers are being cheated.

  Guy and girl were extremely rude and didn't want to serve me. There was noone in line and a 10 minute wait for bread. I politely asked for her to continue placing my order and both refused saying I would need to wait till the bread was done. Makes no sense.... no customer service skills and not willing to accomodate.

  They are extremely slow, lack courtesy and the shell has a clear sign which states they are not affiliated with Subway. Making the working relationship between both unfriendly. The subway needs more space for their customers line, however, there isn't such a thing. Expect to waist approx 35-45min before being able to order, not because it is that busy, but because the lack of process and organization.
