  This particular location refused to rent me a scan tool while I was stuck to figure out what parts to buy at their store. I’m pretty sure I have gotten it from Advanced Auto in the past at other locations. Left me high and dry while my car needed repair. Had to walk to another parts store instead.

  Alex A was a GOD SEND to me this morning. My car kept shutting off in the middle of the road (road being US1 morning traffic.) I usually shop this location because it's close to my home. I asked if the battery could be checked. Alex came out and tested my battery and it was fine. He then checked my oil and it was BONE DRY! I wasn't even due for an oil check yet! He then proceeded to get the oil and put it in my car for me. Something that could've and WOULD'VE cost me thousands of dollars to fix. He definitely went above and beyond for me and truly a Guardian Angel!

  ALEX ALEX ALEX!!!!!!! He was the very first associate ever to introduce me to the rewards program at a different location, the Orange Avenue. He explained it very well. Even the gas rewards available. Every since then I have been taking advantage of my rewards. Alex is very knowledgeable, confident and definitely my go to guy. Thank you for employing such a great asset to the company. I feel in good hands when I see Alex in the store. Good job Alex. He's a keeper.
