  Came in for a super double oil change and Rosana hooked me up with all the on sale oils and showed me how to get my reward points off the app saving me $45 i got 2 super double oil changes with filters less than a 100 bucks thanks to her help. A1 customer service right there

  I had a frustrating experience with AAA today. Around 11 AM, they tested my battery and told me it was in good condition. By 4 PM, my car wouldn’t start again, and I had to call them back out. I tried reaching them for help while I was out, but couldn’t get any support. I ended up going to Advance Auto Parts, and the difference in service was night and day. The staff there—Nestor, Rosanna, a young man, and another woman—were incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. Even other customers were kind and supportive. I felt heard, safe, and taken care of. I ultimately purchased a new battery from Advance Auto Parts, and based on my past experiences with AAA batteries not lasting more than a couple of years, I won’t be purchasing from them again. Huge thank you to the team at Advance Auto Parts for turning a stressful situation into a positive one.
