  This place made me mad. I came in to pick up my wings and order a large unsweetened iced tea to go. AFTER they took my $3.40, they told me they did not have unsweetened tea. When I said that I don’t like sweet tea, they said “sorry”. I asked if I could get my money back and they said they don’t know how to do that!! Crazy!! So y money went down the drain.

  Usually this place is on point but even after I switched cheese fries due to them not being cooked all the way, they were still the same but the manager tried to help immediately at least. Some don't so that's why 4 stars the wings were delish and the service was great from the cashier and the young black person. Thank you, please let them fries cook even when busy, we are paying for "cooked decent" food for our families. My 11 year old didnt even want the cheese fries I paid for.

  Ever since the new Manager Jessica came aboard the service and quality of the food has been AMAZING!!! Jessica is so professional and kind to not only her customers but her staff. She always greets you with a smile and friendly attitude.

  They forgot to give me half my order. Didn't realize until I got home. Attempted to call multiple times, apparently they dont ever answer the phone. Drove all the way back to find out they just never gave me the other bag. Didnt offer to remake the sides fresh, just handed me the bag that had been sitting there for 45 minutes and said sorry. Really? Its a real inconvenience having to come all the way back because you cant do your job and all you do is say sorry.
