  I’ve used this UPS Store many times, but my last visit will probably be my last. The employee who helped me was incredibly rude and dismissive, making me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking simple questions. Even after I purchased a bag for my return, she simply stood there and watched without offering the slightest bit of help. The store itself is always uncomfortably warm and has a strange, unwelcoming atmosphere. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this location completely missed the mark.

  The most terrible customer service at this ups store, the woman employee was rough and not friendly this morning, i was so uncomfortable and left stressed the office and it was just early in a morning! Why not to be smiling and friendly to the people? Every question i asked she was difficult on me to answer if i was irritating her. Please work with your employees and train them to be kind!

  The customer service here is awesome. I called before coming and the lady that picked up the phone was very polite and answered my questions. Then when I came to print some documents, they were kind and patient with me. It was very appreciated! I definitely recommend

  Run do not walk in an effort to avoid this place. Customers are a nuisance and god forbid if you try to actually ask for some level of service. I had planned to ship a bike called ahead and discussed quoted an estimate of $150 pack and ship which would be inline with any similar service,. I asked for a contact to ensure that things went smoothly two days later and I was told "anyone here can do it" Well that was a lie because the meat muffin working started by telling me they could not ship to my address despite UPS dropping daily followed by an estimate of $450 for the service. All the while looking more interested in not having to do anything than actually providing a mimimal level of service. Took the bike to Paradise Cycle who packed and shipped it for $150 VIA...you guessed it UPS. Amazing. Don't waste your time. They certainly will not either.
