  Recently, I utilized the services of UPS to ship a unique collection of greeting cards to a relative residing in Washington State. The representative informed me that the delivery would be scheduled for a specific date. Regrettably, the delivery did not occur as anticipated. I had misplaced my receipt containing the tracking number. After conducting thorough research, the sole method to retrieve the number was to visit the store from which the package was dispatched. Terry, the representative who diligently searched her computer, successfully located the number. Subsequently, she initiated the tracking process and discovered that the package had been delayed by several days. Terry demonstrated exceptional patience and attentiveness to my requirements, and I extend my sincere commendation for her efforts in assisting me. In my opinion, she exemplifies the qualities of a true professional. I express my gratitude to Terry and UPS for providing exceptional service.

  I'm shocked that this location only has 2.9 stars. This is my go to place for Amazon returns and they are always fast, efficient and pleasant. I don't worry about the length of the line because it moves well (unless the client is a chatter and they are hard to move along).

  They rush you and don't give you enough information. Tried to print a shipping label, and then was told that one shipping label would not suffice for sending a package. Not only that, they refuse to take packages above a certain weight, so if you ordered a big package from Amazon, just pay the ransom to have UPS pick it up, because the store will refuse to take it. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and a complete waste of time. Don't come here
