  Paid$38 to ship a two pound a package Express to WV. They stole it. UPS and USPS never received the package. No tracking available because never left the store. The manager was extremely rude saying want her problem or responsibility... I'm make sure myself, my family or friends will never use UPS.. she tried saying they ship it through the post office I go to UPS so I don't have to use USPS then who they use... And charge double.... Sunday away from this location... They're rude, liars and thieves

  I have been in the store a few times and have always found the staff very helpful and kind. They are thorough in explaining the process of returns or packages that need to be shipped. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

  Had a hectic day. Matthew made the day better by helping me return a package when I did not pack it up correctly.

  This used to be a nice place to go to , women behind the counter with an accent was absolutely rude, has no clue what she is doing !

  Home Depot, Lowes, and FedEx did not have shipping boxes large enough to accommodate the products I was shipping. UPS had perfect sizes.
