  I was supposed to receive a package back In march and till now no response. Driver lost my package and no one has a clue how to contact the driver. They made us file a claim and just denied it. I’m still waiting for a solution and the only thing they say is that they don’t have any other information. It’s very frustrating

  Poor Experience here today. I walk in to have an expressionless gentleman flag me over to the counter without any kind of greeting, hello, etc. He hands me my receipt without any kind of Thank You. Total cold attitude and acts like he is doing me a favor shipping my package. I have been here before and had friendly service. I am not inclined to return.

  The best ups I had ever been to! The employees there always helping customers with their best! Including carrying heavy boxes for us from our car to the office! And they’re so nice and always trying to help! Not like some ups store, they get annoyed by customers with many heavy boxes.

  Impressed by the person that attended me with a smile as I entered and completed my label in less than a minute. Very good customer service and courtesy 👍🏼
