  I actually downloaded the app to be able to do online orders. I have put in 2 orders online and both times the workers have complained the whole time that they had to make my order. I will no longer be going to this location because of that. Maybe the employees should have to do a class on customer service just a thought. This review is for the estero subway.

  They refuse to toast my sandwich, let alone the cheese. He claimed the chicken was toasted but when I ate it, it was still cold. Maybe just listen to the customer 🤷🏽‍♂️

  The staff was really kind and helpful to me. Clean dining area, fresh ingredients, and kind staff. What else do you need at a restaurant? 10/10 Definitely visiting again! Recommended to anyone wanting a sandwich.
