The service provided by Matt Pendleton is & was always impeccable! Replies to my email were received in less than 60 min. The replies were right to the point and very informative. Matt was instrumental in providing me with a renewal condo insurance with a sight better coverage at a saving of $300 per year. I highly recommend their services, very professional and easy to talk with.

I hope future callers read the reviews of this place. the only time you will be treated decently is when shopping for a policy, afterwards you’re nothing to them. I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages but have never received a call back. After dealing (or not dealing more accurately) with this agency after getting my policy with them I’ve learned to never use an agency again. These guys suck.

Matt made it very easy for me to change my insurance company. He was efficient and returned all my emails and calls immediately and I would recommend this agency to anyone for any insurance needs.
