Cricket store manager needs to train in customer service. We went inside to the store to see if we could move a line. Not cancel anything. The guy was so rude. He told us to get the F out of the store when we were confused on why he could not help us. We still don't know why he was so mad. He said I repeated myself. Which he did in sentences that made zero sense to us. Florida is known for some shady help. This guy lives up to all that hype. The lady who is usually in there is AMAZING. She needs to teach this kid a thing or two. We have been the store dozens of times to add lines, hot spots, transfer numbers etc over the past four years. NEVER have we been treated like this. EVER He did not give us a number to call. He was busy typing on his phone to give us any real feedback. Other then to tell us to get the F out.
