    Homeowners insurance: I called to add insurance on my new pool by Aquatic Edge Pools. ( awesome company) Kathryn answered the phone with such positivity and professionalism. My insurance shopping was a one stop shop. She gave me information that I needed and helped me find the best homeowners policy to secure my pool and screen enclosure. I’ve been with other insurance companies for years. Kathryn made me feel at ease and worry free. She explained the increase in cost. So I would not be shocked when I receive a billing. It was a pleasure to have a peace of mind with Cassidy Insurance. Thank you Kathryn! I recommend highly for any of your insurance needs!

    Kim Cassidy is very professional, she handles business and responds timely, however their rates are sky high compared to what I was able to find. No differences in coverage. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for agent Charlee Hatter. I was paying almost $3000 per six months with a decent driving history, a few tickets nothing insane. I did have full coverage uninsured motorist coverage etc. I am not super savvy when I comes to things like this as I was never taught. I called to ask some questions one day and agent Charlee answered. Charlee did not answer one of my questions, and the second and third question she answered she had such a demeaning tone. I felt so embarrassed even through the phone, my cheeks went red. She told me “well it is Florida we have hurricanes that increase rates.” She told me there was nothing she could do for me. I asked to speak to Kim, she told me she was busy but she could continue to help me in a very sarcastic and frankly rude tone. She seemed as though she couldn’t be bothered with my ignorance. I asked if she could have Kim call back, she said she would tell her but that she was busy and I may not get a call.” At this point the frustration was really built up so I politely told her I would call back at a different time and she just hung up. Then I called a few days later requesting to speak to Kim when Charlee again answered the phone and gave me the same spiel. I was more stern in tone and Kim called me back within 15 minutes and was able to answer my questions. She was not however able to help me lower this insanely high rate. I found a new agent with a new insurance company and now I am paying HALF of what I was paying with Allstate at Cassidy Insurance. And the coverage is the same. My boyfriend also cancelled with them like I did. He was not pleased with his rate. I emailed Charlee to confirm cancellation, as soon as I got the new insurance and then followed her request to show her the new policy so she could cancel the old one and she did not even bother to respond to my email. I gave it a day in good faith. I then got a notification via text that my payment with Allstate was over due. Super frustrating. I emailed her again, no reply. Finally the third time she responded with two sentences and said she has no clue why I am receiving notifications. This experience was absolutely awful. I feel like this is taking advantage of people and shaming them into believing there is no other option. Charlee needs to learn and practice her “people skills” before being put on the phone as the face of the business when someone calls. You will lose clients and I’m not trying to be malicious. I would not recommend to anyone.
