  My family owns a Fleet & Auto Repair company and we will not work with any other parts store. We will drive about 35 mins and past countless other parts stores just to come to this specific location. Ms. Lorraine runs the store and she and her staff are the only parts store people we will deal with for our company as well as personal part needs. My husband is a mechanic for over 25 years and will not work with another parts store specifically because of the knowledge, customer service, and reliability of this locations store manager, Ms. Lorraine. I have never dealt with someone as friendly and professional as her, she consistently goes above and beyond and holds her store and her employees to a higher level of service and it shows! She is always welcoming, helpful, and goes out of her way to make sure we have what we need. What truly separates her from the rest is how she has gotten to know each of our kids too, they look forward to going to Advanced Auto Parts (or Ms. Lorraine's Store) because they know they're going to see her. That says a lot about the person she is. As a business owner I appreciate the reliability and how welcoming she is to our company and family. You wont find a better parts store or manager who knows her stuff!! Advanced Auto Parts is lucky to have her, she makes her customers feel like family. Thank you Ms. Lorraine for always taking care of Barrington Fleet & Auto! We'll see you soon!

  I want to thank the manager. I think her name is Lorraine. She is such an awesome human being. She is such a great person. You guys don’t even know what a jam you have working for you and I hope you guys appreciate her She. I came there because my battery was dying. She explained to me how the warranty work because I purchased my battery back in 2024. She was able to replace my battery and speak life into me and my son and I love her for that and I hope her name is Lorraine. Lol I left there feeling empowered with information and feeling safe and secure that my car would not cut off on me because my battery was good thanks to her.

  This store has the best Customer service of them all. Associates are attentive and caters to the needs of the customer. Very friendly environment. If they dont have what i need at the time, they will try their best to get it. This store i will recommend to anyone that needs auto parts.

  The tall senior guy with white hair working here is incredibly rude, he berated his employee in front of me and was combative with me for absolutely no reason, literally walking away from me as I'm asking simple questions, he was also visibly shaking the more upset he got. You might want to put him to work elsewhere, customer service isn't his specialty
