  Had a great experience at this Advance Auto Parts. The Store Manager Hessler was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find the right battery for my 2004 Lexus ES330. He took the time to make sure I got the correct one and answered all of my questions without trying to rush me. It’s nice to see someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service. And please make sure to ask for him so he can guide you on the best options

  Big shout out to Diego helping with my car needs and going above and beyond after I had a stressful experience elsewhere. Not only this time- Since this is now the second or third time I have shown up randomly, distressed - Diego has been nothing short of patient, professional and assertive! Recommend this guy! Thanks again for everything !!!

He took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and made sure I left with the correct parts for my vehicle. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you, Hessler, for your patience and expertise. I’ll definitely be returning to this Advance Auto Parts location for future automotive needs!
