  I need a franchise owner from this location to reply to me please regarding a serious matter with one of the employees here that is intolerable and unprofessional.

  The skinny lady with brownish purple hair has the worst attitude and can’t seem to make a sub accurately. For some reason everytime I go in, she’s always working. If i can tell you one thing, it’s that she is consistent, no mater the time or day you already know the service and quality you will receive from her. As a regular, i do typically have issues with my order not being correct so I always make sure when I place an online order. I get there before it’s made so I can watch for my own sanity. I don’t even care if It’s not made “on time” or if I’m waiting in line, I just want it correct and I take the extra time out of my day to do so. I wish I knew her name, she likely already knows her work ethic and that’s why she doesnt even wear a name tag, per company uniform. Long story short, yet again my order wasn’t executed as ordered and was cold but due to her rushing, I wasn’t even able to correct her. AGAIN despite everything already being on the ticket because I’m so particular. According to the workers themselves, they don’t even have a subway toaster, “it’s a Circle K toaster” which is why nothing is correctly cooked to appropriate or standard temperatures. Thank you.

  if i could give a zero i would, doesn't change gloves between orders, doesn't have a beard net on with a long beard. thats besides the point, went to get breakfast today and my food was ice cold in the middle, when I went inside to mention it he said we got there to late when we arrived when it said to pick it up. his name is matthew, hes a older guy. refused to make our subs again and was rude. missing things on my sub also. not to mention ive found hair in my food ( worker doesn't wear beard nets or hairnet) . do not recommend this place and would aviod

  I use the mobile app for a 1ft tosted sub it supposed to ready at 4:30pm and when I got there. There was a skinny white lady with brown hair told me it wasnt rdy when I was there it was already 4:32pm. After telling me it wasnt ready/ started yet she process to do everyone in the line but even start doing my sub after 40 mins later she finally did and then when I get home she never toasted the sub and she never cut my sub in half like you suppose to do with all foot long sub.

  I ordered a Meatball Sub To go as always do in other Subway Restaurants. The one I ordered from this location made me very sick. So sick it made me barf! Never again!
