I walked into the restaurant and wasn’t greeted. All four employees looked at me, made eye contact, and didn’t say a single word. It made me feel ignored and unwelcome from the moment I walked in.
On top of that, they forgot to include the sauces I ordered. The food itself wasn’t bad, but customer service is a big part of the experience. When I’m spending my money somewhere, I expect at least a greeting and to receive everything I paid for.
Good food can bring customers in once, but good service is what brings them back. I hope the team works on being more attentive and welcoming so future customers have a better experience.
I've tried giving this Wingstop multiple chances, but I'm honestly done. It's frustrating that you've been here this long and the quality is still so inconsistent. I end up choosing to go somewhere else instead of the Wingstop that's literally down the street from me because the food is just that bad.
I'm spending around $15 for a meal, and the wings aren't even cooked properly. They don't taste good, they're barely sauced, and when I do order sauce, there's hardly any on the wings. Every time I order, it feels like something is wrong.
What's the problem? Why is it so hard to consistently cook the wings correctly and actually put enough sauce on them? Customers shouldn't have to avoid the closest location because they can't count on getting decent food.
