Very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. I came in to pick up an order that was clearly marked as “Ready” on the status board. When I approached the counter, the employee at the front appeared more interested in her cell phone than assisting customers.
I politely asked why my order showed as ready, and instead of offering any help or customer service, I was abruptly told, “Sir, you need to go to the pickup window.” There was no effort to answer my question, verify the order, or provide any assistance. The interaction came across as rude and dismissive.
Customer service is a big part of the dining experience, and unfortunately, this visit fell far short of even basic expectations. I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism and customer care at this location.
Used to be a regular at this location but after my experience today(6/4/26 ~5pm), I will never visit this location again. Place an online order and get the notification it’s done so I drive over there to pickup. Once I walk in I’m ignored for a solid minute despite having 2 workers that are free, one of which was glued to her phone. I say excuse I’m here to pick up my order to be told it’s not ready in kind of a rude way. Whatever, I work in retail I can deal with rudeness but what I can’t deal with is the unsanitary practices that are happening here. Examples: no gloves on the person I see preparing food, workers leaning on food prep areas, putting tossing bowls on top of the frying cages that could catch debris, and this is just what I notice in the 5 minutes I’m waiting in here. Food is ready and worker that placed my bag on the counter can’t even bring it to the side of the counter where I am which seemed intentional and petty. Combination of these factors have resulted in the loss of my business. To all you who live in the area I’d recommend going to any other location as the workers here are rude and unsanitary. Would rate zeros stars if I could.
Very rude employees; I will never return to this location. The rating 2.9 makes sense. Google should add a no-star option because 1 star doesn't express my dissatisfaction.
I was there today at 1:57am to pick up a customer order from Uber and the computer was already turned off, floor wet and kitchen clean. The ladies still had 3 orders ready on the shelves, they were 3 minutes away from closing. I told them the customers name and one of them told me that the order was already picked up by another driver, she didn’t check the bags that they had on the shelves. That was the second order that I tried to pick up, the first one was delivered to my customer and there is evidence on the app. This morning I got a notification that it was reported that I picked up the food but did not mark it as received, that happens when the driver steals the food and then cancels the order or marks it as if another driver picked it up already. The evidence is on camera, the same way I am being wrongly accused of stealing the order it can be interpreted as if they lied to take the food home. Please check this and get back to me, call uber and tell them the truth, I am willing to modify the review. Thank you.

After realizing there was an error with my order I went back to the store. I was impressed with customer serviced received. They were apologetic and took care right away of my problem. Kudos for the team at this location. The store is located at E Commercial corner of Aldis.
