  Wonderful store with wonderful people, Jacqueline was super helpful and made sure my package would not be damaged in transit and went the extra mile to ensure that. All around good experience and would recommend this location to everyone!

  Not exactly sure why this UPS store gave me a hard time. I came in with a return and they told me I needed to pay $2 for a bag, to return the item. I showed them the QR code said no box/bag or label needed. They still told me I needed to either pay or come back with it in a shipping bag. So I went to another UPS store and the other store gave me no problems. Didn’t say anything to me about paying for a bag and they happily placed my item in a bag and printed the label. So not sure why the ladies at this store gave me a hard time. Even after coming to this store many times without a bag when the QR code says not box/bag needed.

  Horrible experience. No help at all very disappointing wouldn’t let me make a copy. Like come on after waiting for over 30 minutes.

  Very unprofessional lady at the front with the horrible wig!! Her attitude is just as bad as her hair she threw on today!!! Very disappointed with service. She does not know how to deal with the public!! I hope she has a better day along with a better wig! Can't even tidy herself for work! Sloppy look sloppy customer service!! Damn disgusting!!
