  4 times I’ve had to cancel my appointment for the LiveScan fingerprinting service. 4!!! I call ahead before driving to the store and they tell me, “Yeah, it’s working,” but then it doesn’t when you arrive. Like just say that before wasting my time coming all the way over here. EDIT: Since they want to claim I’m lying and they went out of their way to “help”. I’ve made MULTIPLE appointments. I’ve gone in and the system wasn’t functioning, I was told I would have to return. That’s fine. These things happen. I made another appointment and made sure to call ahead before I wasted over 30 minutes driving to the location since this is one of the only places with the LiveScan service. They told me the machine was down yet again. Okay, FINE, I’ll wait and make yet another appointment. I went to the office after I called ahead and they said it was fine. When I arrived, the employees simply directed me to the machine where I scan my code and the machine says “service unavailable.” The employees told me, “Oh yeah it’s not available, whoops. That was the extent of their “we did everything we could to help you.” Don’t bother coming here for LiveScan services they claim to offer.

  I just had the most insane experience here. I felt like someone was watching me with the camera. It didn’t seem real. I walked in. The lady was laying on the counter on her cell phone and when I told her I had some Amazon returns, she started huffing and puffing and continued to texting whoever she was texting for a few minutes and then finally when she started to take me, she handed me the plastic bag and said I don’t wanna do this. Can you do this? Terrible attitude took way longer than I needed to.

  I had an urgent need for a document to be notarized today, and this UPS Store completely turned my stressful day around. I first went to the UPS Store on 17th Street, where I was told the notary would arrive in 30 minutes. After waiting for over an hour and twenty minutes, I went back to ask for an update and was met with rudeness instead of an apology or explanation. Thankfully, I came to this location instead. The ladies here were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They helped me get my document notarized quickly and efficiently, and their kindness made such a difference after my earlier experience. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days, and these women truly went above and beyond. Thank you for your professionalism, courtesy, and for making what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. I will definitely be returning to this location for my future shipping and notary needs!
