  This is a number one place to get my business done not only I can send my packages off when I need to return Packages too Amazon I also can get a notary. Mr. Sean the manager is so polite and patient. He deserve a raise he Always brighten my day when I walk in the store⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I went to get some documents printed & Notarized by the court house at this Busy location & Staff was very helpful and Efficiently attended the customers while acknowledging those waiting in line which we don’t get to see in lot of other places.

  I’m am extremely disappointed the General Manager Joseph at this location. I don’t think I will ever use ups again anywhere. Not for business or anything ongoing. I was treated horribly while trying to address a concern at the location. I walked in with a kind attitude and preparing mentally just incase nothing was able to be resolved. I started by inquiring where my check that was mailed via ups was. I had mentioned the tracking number was showing my package I mailed was still in Jacksonville Florida. I sent the package over a week ago. It was an important cashiers check that I trusted ups with. The check was already out of my account and being sent to my mom. When I stopped in and mentioned the concern, even though I was upset to begin with I treated everyone at the location with kindness because that is important in my morals. The gentleman Jason a store associate was very kind and directed me to his general manager for the concern. This is where it went downhill. The general manager approached me with an horrible attitude letting me know this is no longer a store concern and I would have to wait a week to find out if the package is lost. That isn’t even my concern. The money isn’t even a concern as much as how I was treated from here on out. I kindly informed the General Manager Joseph that I wanted to quickly call my mom. Being the check was a large sum and I also wanted to gather guidance from here because I appreciate her guidance. When I mentioned I just wanted to touch base with my Mom the General Manager told me…..I don’t know how that’s gonna help….. I said excuse me?? He had the audacity to repeat himself with even more ignorance. I just mentioned Id like to run things past my mom and stepped out to remain calm and not match his ignorance. I came in after talking with my Mom outside away from the store and he continued to give me an attitude. I felt mistreated, uncared for, and as if I was a burden for inquiring how to track a missing package that was well overdue. I understand this is a much higher issue in which there are many moving parts and I have to be patient. What I don’t understand is why I have to be treated with ignorance from the person who said he is the general manager of that location. I live in Fort Lauderdale and have had many different businesses In which I would NEVER allow nor speak to someone who is seeking guidance and inquiring about something that they were failed upon trusting another with something that was of importance. I’m appalled and hurt this is allowed by the highest level of management. I wasn’t rude. I remained kind. I firmly believe no matter how rude someone is I will still be kind. I am reaching out to the owner of the location in hopes to resolve this so it doesn’t happen to another person. You never know what someone is going through which is why any business I’ve started has had the culture of treating people with respect. No matter how they act. To have to take the high road while being mistreated was the worst feeling ever. I’m appalled.

  This is a great store. I use their services all of the time. The guys are super nice and they manage all of my shipping needs. Definitely 5 stars!
