  This East Indian looking older lady with thinning hair was very rude and didn’t want to tape down the sides of my package, told me I should have done that at home. Sorry I don’t have tape. She could have said it in a nice way or just told me it was an additional $1-2. She put one of the mailing label protectors on the one side of my box instead of tape.

  Always exceptional service staff is very knowledgeable always very friendly always a pleasure to send something from this UPS. I will go out of my way to make sure I come to this location.

  Truly, the Best branch in Fort Lauderdale. Everyone goes out of their way to make me feel welcomed and they take care of all of my shipping and notary needs. In fact, I moved away and live a bit farther, but I still only come to this UPS.

  Very professional staff. However, this Google page has outdated information. Under the "services" tab in this page, they have "Certified Mail" listed. When I came in, they informed me that the UPS store doesn't do that anymore. Whoever is in charge of the Google Maps page needs to make sure the information is all up to date.

  Most essential place in town. First the staff is accommodating and help me succeed in my business. Amit an Zal are awesome always happy and ready to help. I have Amazon, packages, mail receipts and printing services all the same spot.
