  Staff is rude… STORE is NOT following corporate UPS policy’s! Even though corporate says anyone can come pick up your package… my roommate was denied ability to receive my package from this store because unlike corporate they said it had to be the name on the package… corporate said the person picking up only needed the same address.

  Not open on sunday. Says its open sunday 10 am - 3 pm and just went at 11:30 am and closed.

  It’s funny how people are so stingy, came in today with a package and unfortunately didn’t have the time to tape it, this older lady in glasses tapes it once, I politely ask to tape it a bit better bc it’s an international package, her response “buy more tape and do it yourself”, does a few inches of tape come out of her paycheck or something ? Also, RUDE!
