  Always love this store. Today, Thomas went over and beyond to help me with several Amazon returns. The patience of this young man was astounding. Thank you, Thomas! Also, Esteban was incredibly knowledgeable with regards to UPS mailboxes. Top notch.

  I needed to send out some glasses priority mail, but they dont do that. I have to go to the US POSTAL SERVICE. However, while i was disappointed by the answer, I walked out with a smile anyway as the 2 people that were working were very upbeat, smiling, and friendly. They were working on a Sunday, and still had a great attitude. Thank you both. This was on sunday june 14 around 230 pm or so. Please make sure to let the 2 people working that they are appreciated.

  Let me start with yes, I did arrive 15mins before closing time (8p) so I made EVERY effort to make the Amazon return process as quick and easy as possible. I had Amazon account already open and accessible for each return label. The young man (Scisor - I could be mispelling) was a ZERO pleasant, EXTREMELY none communicative/responsive encounter. I received one blank stare after another while he just scanned each item. I inquried if he needed to count/check the items I brought in. He barely said no and just waited for the labe to print to give me. I left uncertain if the return was properly processed and when I entered again to ask for confirmation - he ignored me and just placed the now packed/label items on the counter and again stared at me with no clarity offered. So, I pray and hope that I receive the refunds as expected. This was disheartening as I usually love this location and the convenience for services as such.
