This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. Especially after being in the hospital, I expected basic customer service, but the experience was very disappointing.
The manager, Lynett, was arguing with me on speakerphone in front of everyone in the store, which I felt was very unprofessional. It also seemed to affect the way the staff handled the situation. I asked why I was paying two different prices in the same week. Just on Thursday I paid $9.62, and on Saturday I was charged $11.76 for the same exact order.
Kandra kept going back and forth with me saying that bacon was added to my order, but I explained that I ordered the same sandwich on Thursday. I was simply trying to understand why I was being charged two different prices for the same sandwich within the same week.
The whole situation was frustrating and honestly a little embarrassing. I just hope this issue is looked into so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

This Subway is located inside a very nice medical center. I had been walking for 30 minutes trying to find a Subway, and I wasn’t expecting to end up in this place. I wasn’t dressed appropriately, so I felt a little uncomfortable, but I was still allowed inside the building in my workout clothes.
The lady at Subway treated me very poorly from the moment I walked in. When I showed her that I was going to pay with a gift card, she made a strange face. I asked if it was okay to pay with the gift card, and she nodded, but clearly wasn’t happy about it.
After I ordered, she asked me if I knew how much the sandwich cost. I told her yes, of course, but if she preferred, I could pay with cash. I was very disappointed and asked her if she thought I didn’t have money to pay. Then, when I tried to pay with a $100 bill, she said she didn’t have change.
This is a 24‑hour Subway inside a hospital, and it was already 4 PM, so I’m pretty sure they had change — she just didn’t want to serve me.
