  The lady that served us was on the phone with friend the entire time. She had her on speaker phone and kept the conversation going even when we were trying to order food. I had to tell her three times what I wanted and I finally told her why don’t you pay attention to the customer instead of your phone. Very unprofessional and rude.

  About as bad as you can get. Walked in twice during my week on vacation and both times the employee on the counter was like disgusted that people walked in and never acknowledged us and was just rude the entire time. Come on man - saying hello and smiling really isn’t that difficult.

  Went in and the lady who’s be pictured in previous posts was sitting on the counter with no shoes or socks on her phone and just looked at us with a blank stare as if us coming to get diner was the end of the world, she did not say a single word to us the entire time just an absolute zombie. How this woman has a job is beyond me but it’s an embarrassment to the company and I can’t believe this same employee has reviews like this dating back a year… management really needs to do something
