Today’s experience was not like what I’m normally used to at this Subway. The Teriyaki sandwich was not prepared the way it should have been, and the service through the drive-thru was poor to the point that I felt uncomfortable. I say this respectfully because on other shifts both the customer service and the food have been 100%, and that level of quality is always appreciated.

I normally don't do reviews but this place is scam central.
Once had an employee select the max tip before charging me.
Another time they had to bring my card to the back to “charge it properly” and 3 days later I started getting bogus charges (they wrote down my card details)
And the third and last straw was when an employee let me know since I was paying in cash that I could give her a tip…..and when I did for doing the job she gets paid to do already, she have me attitude for not giving more.
I hate going here and hoping I’m not scammed or annoyed for a tip, just please give me my sammich.

Fastest & tastiest Subway I’ve ever been to in the city! The service was seriously quick, everything was fresh, and the sandwiches were made perfectly. What makes it even better is the drive-thru, so convenient when you’re on the go. Definitely one of the coolest Subway locations I’ve been to. I’ll 100% be coming back again! A life saver!!!
Fast and friendly service at the drive-thru! My order was made quickly and exactly how I wanted it. The staff was polite and efficient, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely one of the best Subway locations in the city!!! I’ll be coming back again!

Sandra, the manager at the Subway location, displayed unprofessional and discourteous behavior. She initially refused to process my payment without providing a clear explanation. Additionally, she objected to my use of the restroom, despite there being no visible signage indicating it was closed. The interaction felt unnecessary and created a negative customer experience.not recommended.
