  Ordered the new nachos. I asked if I can get black olives instead of tomatoes, cashier said no!..You are not allowed to make any modifications! I said ok, well may I have a side of black olives and I’ll pay, she told me no, again and told me I’m not allowed to do that as well. Her name tag was blurry and could not read her name! When I asked she told me to ask her manager. Horrible customer service!!! I’m a paying customer. Nachos were burnt and hard to eat, I did not want to make a big scene and just left

  Stopped there (on Cypress) yesterday to use their restroom. When I opened the bathroom door, I saw a big rat sitting on top of the toilet. He jumped off the toilet and I shut the door. I let the guy behind the counter know, but he didn't seem alarmed to hear it.
