  Stopped there (on Cypress) yesterday to use their restroom. When I opened the bathroom door, I saw a big rat sitting on top of the toilet. He jumped off the toilet and I shut the door. I let the guy behind the counter know, but he didn't seem alarmed to hear it.

  I went into Subway today after not visiting in a very long time, and I can honestly say this location restored my hope in eating Subway more often. Mobin made my sub with love and provided great conversation along the way. The store was clean, and most importantly, my sub was amazing. My favorite part my cookies were fresh! Thank you so much for the amazing customer service. See you guys soon!
