  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Getting the policy set up was quick and easy, but once there was an issue, customer service became nonexistent. It appears that Alec is the only person who can assist with policy-related concerns, yet he is rarely available and does not return calls or emails in a timely manner. My father’s policy lapsed, and despite multiple attempts to contact Alec to resolve the issue, we received no response. As a result, my father was forced to seek coverage elsewhere. To make matters worse, I have been trying to cancel my own policy since June 4th and have received nothing but excuses and delays. Every time I call, I am told that Allstate cannot assist me and that Alec is the only person who can handle the request. Unfortunately, he is either unavailable or unresponsive. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer support is unacceptable. Selling the policy was easy, but getting help when it matters has been nearly impossible. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable customer service.

  Not only will they sell you an insurance you do not need/are required to have but also if you want to get something changed or done, it is a one preson business and if the person is on vacation, sick or not in office, it can take days before you reah back from him. Not a business I will work with again.

  Switching over to Alec at Sentinel was one of those decisions I didn't know I needed to make. He sat down with me, reviewed everything I had, and explained my options in simple terms. There was no pressure. He found gaps in my coverage I didn't even know existed and somehow managed to get me more protection while actually lowering what I was paying each month. That kind of personalized attention is hard to find with insurance brokers. Alec genuinely cares about making sure his clients are protected and not overpaying. If you're in the market for a new agent or just want a second opinion on what you've got, do yourself a favor and reach out to him.
