  I had a great experience at the FedEx on North Federal Highway. This was my fourth time visiting this location, and it was the first time I've felt like someone was genuinely excited to help me. Typically that's not the case. Omar went above and beyond. He took the time to answer my questions, was incredibly patient, and even anticipated what I would need to make sure my project turned out exactly right. I was in a rush to get some miniature worksheets printed for a client who was leaving soon, and he made sure I had everything I needed and that I was completely satisfied with the final result. Excellent customer service can be hard to find, and Omar truly exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help.

  I was moving and mailing a load of stuff and I was incredibly disorganized and had everything printed wrong. Takisha was calm, warm, patient and competent. She resolved all of my issues immediately and with a smile! Best FedEx experience to date.

  Everyone here is so nice! Rudi especially went above and beyond for something that I was printing. She made sure everything was perfect down to the last detail.
