We are extremely disappointed with the unacceptable handling of our shipment by FedEx. I have contacted FedEx customer service countless times, yet all we experienced were endless transfers between departments with no real resolution or accountability.
Despite multiple claims being filed, our product — worth approximately $1,600 — is still missing, and we have seen absolutely no proactive approach from FedEx regarding this matter. The level of inefficiency, lack of communication, and complete disregard for customer responsibility is beyond frustrating.
