  Today was my first time here. I asked a staff member for help with the printing service. She told me to get a code, but I needed actual assistance. She never came to help me. As a result, I made mistakes and lost. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.

  Ben and Amala are so wonderful. I had no problem returning 3 packages (1 package was at least 40 lbs.) and they printed the labels for me. I highly recommend this location.

  I was so impressed by Audrey at this location. Her customer service skills and positive attitude are unmatched compared to what I’ve experienced at other FedEx locations. She is attentive, kind and hardworking. Everyone can learn a thing or two from Audrey!!
