  We have had our auto insurance with Christian Huerta: Allstate Insurance for the last several years. Today we had an occasion to call and make some changes to our policy and had the pleasure of speaking with Shanara in Customer Service. She handled everything in a friendly and businesslike manner. We appreciate how knowledgeable she was and how quickly she handled the changes to our policy.

  ZERO STARS Christian Huerta will set up policies that dont have the required coverage needed as a delivery driver for a pizza chain. They claim to need some ride share endorsement after an accident takes place even if accident was not your fault they will deny your claim. They will then deny to even speak with you regarding why the policy was set up wrong after you explain what the people you have covered do for work. They are highly unethical and are not willing to own up to any mistakes made. The absolute worst customer experience in my decades of driving. I can not state enough to stay as far away from this agent as possible. The whole office is very unprofessional and it is a shame you need to hire an attorney to get any answers as to why Christian failed to explain as the agent who helped set it up. This matter will be brought to the highest level of Allstate in hopes this agency is removed from the Allstate umbrella and licenses are revoked to avoid this from happening to other unsuspecting consumers. I will not let this slide as it has had a tremendous impact on my family as well as put them in danger.

  Today I was assisted by Anthony Davila at Allstate - Christian Huerta and he provided excellent service and was able to work the best rate and coverage for my whole family. Please reach out to this office for all your insurance needs because they really look out for your best interest. He was really able to get what I needed and wanted.

  Someone gave my name and contact information for a quote. It was not me despite informing the person who called to stop calling I did not want or ask for a quote they continue to call 2 months later. If this continues I will lodge a formal complaint with Allstate who they represent.
