  Cato Insurance Group - Allstate Insurance is an exceptional Team. I have had the pleasure of working with their staff over the years on several different policies. They are the most hard working team that I have ever come across in the insurance business. They really go above and beyond with shopping for the best policy for clients. They also answer the phone and emails. This seems very trivial to mention, but the team always answers the phone with a smile and go out of their way to get answers and solutions to any issues. I love working with the CATO Insurance Group Team on. Thanks for being so helpful and diligent in getting the best price over the years. You are Simply The Best!!

  I traded in a car and bought a new one. I sent an email, called and spoke to someone, they said to text the information. Still not even an acknowledgment or a response. I’ve been with Allstate for 30 years. My prior agent retired. I really miss the great service he provided. The agency is not that great
