  I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Aleysha. She helped me quickly find the correct filters for my vehicle and made the process easy. She was friendly, and took the time to explain the different options available. She informed me about a deal they had on the air filters, which helped me save money. Excellent customer service and a smooth shopping experience. I will definitely return for my future car needs here.

  Just had AAA jump then replace a battery I had purchased here. Not only was I sold the wrong battery, there was a cheap riser that was not necessary and the battery was tilted. I also should’ve wrote this a while ago, but the girl who installed the battery called me crying and asking for money. I had given her a more than decent tip and I ended up feeling like I was scammed. This now proves my feeling was right. Please don’t reply with the long generic follow up. It is what it is.

They made the whole process quick and stress-free, which isn’t always the case at auto parts stores. You can tell they really know their stuff and genuinely care about helping customers. Whether you’re working on a small fix or a bigger project, these guys make sure you leave confident and taken care of. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Max and Brandon—they’re the reason I’ll definitely be coming back!
