  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this UPS Store thanks to an employee named Isaiah (or Isaac—I sincerely apologize if I have the name wrong). I came in needing three special photos printed for my autistic grandson's 13th birthday. I am not very familiar with the printing process, and honestly expected to have to figure most of it out myself. Instead, after I showed him the three photos I wanted, he took care of absolutely everything for me. He found the store's email, sent the photos where they needed to go, printed them beautifully, helped create a cardstock print for a special birthday display, went into the back to find an easel, and even took the time to cut and prepare everything so it looked perfect. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. What impressed me most was his attitude. He was patient, friendly, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. He never made me feel rushed or like I was asking for too much. He treated us with warmth and respect from beginning to end. He also wished my autistic grandson a happy birthday and gave him a sticker, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It may have seemed like a small thing, but it helped make my grandson's birthday feel even more special. In a world where many people simply do the minimum, this young man went far above and beyond. His kindness, initiative, and exceptional customer service turned what should have been a simple printing trip into a truly memorable experience. Thank you for making my autistic grandson's 13th birthday a little more special. Employees like you are rare, and I hope your management knows what a tremendous asset you are to this store.   Describe your feedback (required) We always ship about 20 to 25 boxes in this UPS branch because they are very accomodating. But today I was so disappointed with a new lady there, black, slim with very long black curly hair told me to scan the boxes in a kiosk. I told her they are heavy and I will ship about 20 boxes. She still insisted I could scan it. I am 63 years old with a bad shoulders why she could not help me. So disappointing for having a staff who could not help anybody when she knows the nature of the business. The guy with big muscles helped my husband and me when he got in the store. He has been so helpful and always wear a smile. This black lady aside from not helping me, the way she answered me like I can still scan the boxes was not right and does not even know how to be pleasant and not even smile. Imagine at my age lifting all those boxes without help? Sometimes the kiosk does not work and I have to wait for it while lifting the box?

  i have been to this store 3 times and my wife once, the absolute worst store in fleming island, employees are arrogant and obnoxious and make doing business there completely miserable

  I needed a prepaid return label printed here… please remit $5.36 for a prepaid return label. The staff is pleasant, but the surprise $5.36 printing charge was not. I have less and less desire to go to the UPS Store.
