  Multiple times I’ve had a signature delivery and the delivery driver doesn’t even knock or notify me. Just leave a sticker in an endless cycle of not getting my package. Customer service is no help everybody that you talk to is foreign and just read from screen.

  Based on my experience today, I would strongly advise against using this location for Amazon returns. As I was attempting to return my Amazon packages at the return kiosk, a store employee rudely approached me and said “you can’t return using that”. After I explained that I was returning in the same packaging, I received it, he said “I just told you, you can’t return it in that.” No one should be spoken to in that manner. Not only was the store employee rude but very unprofessional. I plan on following up with Amazon about this UPS store experience. Please be advised!

  Unfortunately I went today to notarize some medical records, and the young slim lady with long curly hair was so rude. I left the office without notarizing the documents.

  I brought an item in to ship. I brought a box from the store for $14.00. The item I brought in was in a smaller box. After the transaction, I asked the clerk to dispose of my box. “No we can’t take boxes” was the answer. The clerk saw the confused look on my face……. You literally deal in boxes and packaging. The other clerk, noting the confusion on my face said “we don’t have a recycling bin”. I know this is simply not true. So I drove around to the back of the store….. there sat a dumpster full of boxes and other garbage.As it was raining, I had to put a soggy box in my car. Helpful customer service is about solving problems, not creating them.
