  I am so glad I found Cricket Wireless when I had a problem with my cell phone while here on vacation! Chris was so sympathetic and helpful although he knew this was not likely to be a sales situation. He patiently and calmly addressed the frozen phone crisis while cautioning that he might not be able to solve the problem. After just a few attempts he was able to get the phone to finally accept and end calls, thank heavens! His demeanor and his skill saved my anniversary vacation. Cannot recommend this business highly enough!

  I went into Cricket and bought a new iphone16 and left completely Happy.. Courtney went above and beyond to help me and made sure my phone was just like I wanted and told me if I had any problems to come back and see her Thanks Courtney

  I love this location! I only go here while in the Fernandina area and I absolutely LOVE Tiarra and Raymond! They are the sweetest and they know exactly what they're doing! Customer service is always on point with those two and I know I can call them if I have any questions!
