  I am so glad I found Cricket Wireless when I had a problem with my cell phone while here on vacation! Chris was so sympathetic and helpful although he knew this was not likely to be a sales situation. He patiently and calmly addressed the frozen phone crisis while cautioning that he might not be able to solve the problem. After just a few attempts he was able to get the phone to finally accept and end calls, thank heavens! His demeanor and his skill saved my anniversary vacation. Cannot recommend this business highly enough!

  Solo voy en esa tienda cuando está courtneyy. Ella me atiende rápido y sabe hacer muy bien su trabajo. Pero el muchacho Raymond no sabe hacer su trabajo. El no escucha lo que uno quiere y cobra cosas que no pedimos. Courtney es la única razón que se queda los clientes

  Tiarra Y Raymond son bien amables y saben lo que estan haciendo. Yo llegue con una problema tecnica y ellos me lo resolberon en menos que 10 minutos cuando yo lo tenia por dias jajaja Siempre escojen CRICKET cuando van a buscar un telefono nuevo!

  Terrible experience. Female clerk, Fernandina store. Extremely rude, not helpful at all. I've been a customer for 10 years. I'm now switching to T-Mobile.
