  I am a 100% Disabled, U.S. Navy veteran with impaired right shoulder and wrist. After a tedious, labor intensive effort, Jose patiently, expertly and successfully changed out my taillight and break lights on my Toyota Highlander, I am so thankful the store was a a slow period to allow Jose to invest the time to help me. This man is friendly, professional and EXTRA MILE oreinted and he was an immediate asset and complete blessing to me! Because of Jose Diaz from the Fern Park store in Casselberry, Florida, I will exclusively only shop at this store moving forward and I will also alert my family members, friends, neighbors and fellow veterans all about the world class service Jose delivers. BRAVO ZULU!

  I came into Advance Auto Parts yesterday because my check engine light came on, and Jose assisted me from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain what was wrong with my car, and even went out of his way to help fix the issue. Since then, my car has been riding smoothly again. What really stood out to me was the customer service. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in, and the entire experience felt welcoming and genuine. I’ve been to other auto parts stores before and honestly never received service like this. Jose truly made the process less stressful and made sure I left taken care of. Definitely recommend this location if you want great customer service and people who actually care about helping you.
