  I do not know the employee's name that helped me but she had darker hair and asked a coworker to help. Regardless I want to give a shoutout to her for exceptional troubleshooting and attention to detail. I was dropping off a return item to an eBay seller that sold me an item that was fake. She scanned the label and noticed the tracking number on the system did not match the tracking label on the printed label. She even asked for a coworker for another opinion and deemed it should not be sent out. This employee saved me from getting scammed twice and deserves praise because most would have just scanned the label and said "Okay you're all set here's your receipt." Best UPS Store in the area!

  The most unhelpful people I have ever encountered. Wouldn't even tape a little label onto a box for me but sure wanted me to purchase an extremely overpriced roll of their tape to do it myself. They don't even deserve 1 star in my opinion. Every time I have tried to use them the experience has been the same. No more, I'll drive out of my way from this point on and you should too.

  We walked in a couple of minutes before they closed and they were wonderful and we didn’t feel rushed. They took care of everything!!!

  since I moved to Tavares, I’ve been going to this UPS the girls that worked there. They’re very nice. They have great customer service They try to help you if You have any concern and they help you with everything you need If you have any questions, great place to go
