  I can't ever thank Jonathan enough! Xfinity locked up my phone causing me to be on the phone with them for 68 hours. I went in and told Jonathan my problem, he said for 30 or 35 a month I can have service and he can fix the phone so that I can keep my number contacts and everything. He DID! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM and Cricket in Eustis! Now even my puppy is Happy. Scarecrow

  I was there Sunday 5/31 and the two gentlemen went above and beyond to help me out cause I was really in a bind I really hate that I can't remember their names but the service was phenomenal

  Amari was very helpful and just a delight to work with. I filled out the survey cricket sent and unfortunately I misread the survey and reported that I was very dissatisfied, instead of perfectly satisfied. I couldn’t have asked for better service with price, patience and overall going above and beyond to help me through switching a new phone. Thank you Amari!!
