  I have been to this store about 50 times in the last 2 years. Mostly to drop off Amazon returns and sometimes to ship out an item. It used to take 10-15 minutes to drop off an Amazon package, with a line out the door. Now with the self-serve kiosks, it is normally less than 3 minutes. NOTE: if you have a box that will not fit in the small kiosk slots, you can still use the kiosk to print a label and put the box on the rolling card. I dropped a star off my review because whenever I need to ship a package with the front desk, there is someone getting notary help or a problem with a package, etc. and there is normally another employee standing around waiting to move boxes from the front to back of the store. Why don't they step in and start helping the other customers?!

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! THEY HAVE A CONTRACT WITH AMAZON - AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE $2.00 FOR A PIECE OF TAPE!! THEY COULD HAVE SAID THIS IS A 1 TIME COURTESY - BUT NO - JUST RUDE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL AND IT WAS EMPTY INSIDE!! HAD YOU BEEN A TAD NICER I MIGHT HAVE GIVEN YOU THE $2.00 - BUT ON PRINCIPLE, I TOOK IT ELSEWHERE - THANK YOU!!

  Look at the reviews on this place! It is just terrible. First trip was to return an Amazon that was prepaid for packaging and label, after the two latinas were finished talking for 5 minutes, she tried to charge me for packaging. Second time was to send a package I needed to put in a box and ship....same lady tried to charge me $300 for packaging and another $380 for shipping - $680 total! $300 for cardboard and tape! What! I called manufacturer and another UPS and they both agreed on $65 for packaging and $120 for shipping - $185 total...lets not mention the long lines they dont care about! What the hell is wrong with this UPS, skip it and let them suffer their consequences!

  AVOID!!!!!!!!!!! Worst experience ever. Hispanic Lady with curly hair in a ponytail and glasses needs fired immediately. I will be calling corporate. She is a terrible fit for the company and gives customers an attitude! I’ve seen her many times give an attitude to customers. She even yelled at me when I was leaving today, hence why I’m making this review!!!! I couldn’t make this up. I went back in 10 minutes to try to retrieve an incorrect package I sent. I was very polite and shouldn’t have been treated this way. I’ve never been treated this way by UPS. Im happy to say I’ll never be back at this location. No wonder these reviews are bad.
