  I was very pleased with the way Claudette made me feel very valued as a client. I was calling to make a Flood Policy payment and she was helpful & professional. I also noticed that my name was missing from the billing statement. She took the lead by telling me it was actually on the policy but she would make sure it would show on the billing also.
