  I use them for Amazon retunrs and they do a good job here. Non-owner staff is typically friendly and engaging. Not so much with the owner-staff.

  Very seldom a wait. Always professional and friendly service. Convenient hours. What more do you want from a UPS store?

  Went to return Amazon. Front two stations busy, man in back said something loudly at me that I didn't understand. Instead of coming to the front, he shouted again which I still couldn't understand. When I indicated I didn't understand what he was saying, he just flipped his hand and turned away. Lady in front told me to go to the back to have him process my return. Turns out the store messed up because Amazon notified me they received a different item and I won't get a refund unless I prove I returned the correct item. Won't be using this location anymore.

  money hungry had to return to small things to Amazon and Amazon stated I could put in one bag with two labels. He made me purchase two separate bags at a $1.99 apiece plus tax. Not impressed not friendly at all

  I’m fortunate, a very convenient location for us. Like the new next door location, bigger! I haven’t see any of the Previous employees from the other store so far But I’ve only been in a few times. 4/4/26 845 am, tall, younger gentleman, probably new - a worker nearby to help if needed. This gentleman seemed nice, but didn’t appear to make eye contact Or say Anything. Looked.out the door while I returned an item. I think I heard a thank you. Do we need to have a conversation? No. I still won’t always return to the store for shipping.
