  When shopping around I heard the store manager loudly berating an employee in front of multiple customers. I was so upset with how she was talking to/treating her employees i quite literally walked out. I could never support a business that treats their employees that awfully.

  Great outlet with lots of beautiful items to choose from. The prices are really good, and they often have sales up to 70% off. I always find great deals here, especially on handbags and accessories. Definitely worth checking out!

  Let me just say I’ve worked in retail for years and I order things online and pick up in the store all the time. Ulta, Sephora, Old Navy, Bath and body Works, Victoria’s Secret, etc. You name it. I have never been treated as rudely as I was when I went to pick up an online order at Michael Kors. My husband‘s card has his name on it and I use that card to make purchases as many women do. The order number, receipt and confirmation of the purchase were all sent to my email. My email that is registered with Michael Kors. I showed that I lived at the same address with my drivers license and I had the receipt for the order. I even had a representative from Michael Kors on the phone. The people I dealt with today at the MK outlet - the mousy looking manager and the dark haired male, chose to be stubborn and petty. They absolutely would not even make an exception for me. Even with the MK Representative agreeing with me while I had her on speakerphone. They knew I drove 45 minutes to get there and had my son waiting in the car. I felt very discriminated against and I do not recommend this location because it’s clear the needs to be sensitivity and customer service training. The mousy, scared looking manager that stood off to the side and did not help at all needs to learn how to make an executive decision. Even though it’s “their policy”, she had the power to make the situation right and she chose not to. I have filed a complaint with Michael Kors, the representative was on the phone and heard the whole thing. Now my husband gets to go in there, on his way home from work and pick up my purse and I feel bad for the associate that he has to deal with.

  Women love this store because the purses are so expensive and you're paying extra for a brand name I don't see any difference between all of the various designs of purses that women love the store because it's expensive
