  Once again thanks and praise to the East Palatka AutoZone team! As per usual you guys bend over backwards to save me time and time is money, and you guys do it with professionalism and genuinely seem happy to be helping find a real solution from cost to logistics. Thanks again guys, highly recommend a nice raise in pay for all of you guys!!!!!!!

  I would star a zero or a negative if I could. My husband and I are on vacation when our truck batteries died. We went to this auto parts after getting a jump. The first interaction was with a large woman behind the counter. We told her we were having battery troubles and she responded with “Uugh, not another one” rolled her eyes, slumped her shoulders forward and walked her attitude to the back of the store, palms facing backwards. That’s when the second stellar employee, Matthew, also with a negative attitude stepped up. He didn’t know how to open a hood and said, “we have the batteries, we don’t install them. We don’t do that.” My husband said well, I bought them at an Advanced Auto Parts and they put these in”. Matthew’s response: “whatever, go there then”. Don’t go here. Drive through to Palatka. The service we got there was AMAZING.

  I went in and asked for a specific part for my air conditioner. The employee told me that would not fix my issue and he talked me into something else. When the part he sold me didn't work, I went to O'Reilly's and bought the part I originally asked for. That part that fixed the problem. He also told me incorrect information about my tire pressure sensors.
