  A heartfelt thank-you to Manager Carrie, Brett, Anne Marie, and David at the Dunedin Main Street FedEx store for their kindness and outstanding customer service on September 30, 2026. My package contained an important medication that my pharmacy specially prepares for me each month. I requested that it be held at the store, but because my request came in late, it was still on the delivery truck. The team went above and beyond by sending an employee to meet the driver and retrieve it for me. Carrie, the manager, was especially caring, Brett was wonderful, and Anne Marie and David were incredibly helpful. Everyone treated me with patience, compassion, and professionalism. Their actions say so much about their character and the customer service at this location. Please pass my appreciation along to their leadership team. All four deserve recognition for making a stressful situation so much easier! Every month I use this specific FedEx and the staff here is always so GENUINELY KIND.

  First time in this FedEx store. lance was phenomenal and helpful with my large package, The place was very clean and organized they even have a chair for someone to sit if need be👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

  What kind of business do you guys run here?! 2 days you have failed to deliver my package that I need and post that I was not home?! Ring the freaking doorbell!!! My only mistake is I saw the truck but I’m not going to go chase you fools down the road.

  I was assisted by an agent named Brett regarding the process of priority overnight shipping. The agent was professional and explained how the package would be handled if direct signature is required and alternative if we do not have someone at home to sign for the package. The agent was knowledgeable and prompt in his responses. He proactively asked for the tracking number to confirm the information on the package. Definitely 5 star service. Will ship again.

  I was home all day waiting for an expensive package and checking the tracking number. I go to check again on the hour every hour and what do I see "Attempted delivery" at 8:11pm at which time I was 15 feet from my door eating dinner and watching tv. I have a doorbell and it works. Your laziness is going to cost me $1000 dollars if I don't get this commercial camera by tomorrow morning.
