  So I was reading the last review here, and I could say that, I think I understand how this lady feels about being profiled for her skin color. My experience with this store in particular is something similar to. FedEx does a great job delivering, I usually use the office in downtown Clearwater, Kyle and the staff are always great! But this Main St Dunedin office is quite the opposite, I came here to have 2 packages deliver, first of all the tall attendant saw me come in, didn’t greet me, ok, and when I told them what I wanted, he looked at me weird up and down, and asked “do you an account with us or credit card”, I said No, no account, then he proceeded to say “ so how do you expect to pay for this”,’ i said, yes I do have a CC, but no account, he continued to look at me with this face of discussed or anger. As the transaction went along, he asked me the info and when I went to show him my phone because the complex address name, he didn’t want to acknowledge me, very frustrated i went along and gave the info, which he still made a mistake. His attitude towards customers is just awful, well towards at least people with different ethnicity, and yes Im brown and proud and with an accent, but I deal with American clients all over the country, never had any issues with my accent. FedEx please I beg you, don’t employ people like this, let’s be professionals

  The entrance is hard to find to park but once I did, everything went great. The guy inside was hilarious...
