  I had an outstanding experience with Javier, the manager at Advance Auto Parts. He went above and beyond to help me find the right battery for my car. I originally asked if I could borrow some tools to install it myself, but Javier gladly stepped in and installed the battery for me. It was raining outside, and he still helped me without hesitation, like a true professional. While working on the battery, he also noticed that the battery connectors were cracked from corrosion. Thankfully, he caught the problem and helped replace and install those as well. Javier is one of those rare people who still believes in giving 100% customer service. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done correctly. I would absolutely return to this location just because of him. Javier was amazing!

  Quiero reconocer el excelente servicio que recibí de Javier en Advance Auto Parts. Fue muy amable, profesional y realmente se preocupó por ayudarme. Me cambió la batería de mi truck e incluso hizo cosas que no eran parte de sus responsabilidades para asegurarse de que todo quedara funcionando perfectamente. Es difícil encontrar personas con esa actitud y dedicación al servicio al cliente. Javier hizo que mi experiencia fuera excelente y sin duda regresaré a esta tienda. ¡Muchas gracias, Javier, por tu ayuda y tu gran trabajo!

  I had an outstanding experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Javier. As a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars, walking into an auto parts store can feel intimidating. I came in today needing a replacement battery terminal, and Javier immediately made the experience easy and stress-free. He took the time to look at the part I needed, found the correct replacement for my car, and then went above and beyond by offering to install it for me. That simple act of kindness was such a huge relief and saved me so much time and worry. Javier exceeded every expectation of great customer service. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. Employees like him make all the difference, and Advance Auto Parts is lucky to have him. We truly need more people in the world like you, Javier. Thank you for your kindness and for going above and beyond. You are amazing!

  I clearly told the guy what car I needed an oil filter for, and he somehow sold me the wrong one. Not ideal to have to go back out in middle of oil change and waste money on another! I thought the computer did all of the work for them, not sure how he messed it up?! But.... the manager made it right so it's ok.
